PREP SUMMARY
(U13 – U15 OPDL)
Ontario Player Development League (April – October)
20 League Games (7 Home, 7 Away and 6 CentralVenue Provincial Matchups)
Program designed to create “Like vs. Like” competition for players training in a
High Performance Prep environment.
U13 – U15 OPDL offers more competitive and comprehensive training methods
and expectations (transition from “Learn to Train” to “Train to Train” phases of
LTAD) to prepare athletes to harness their individual potential.
Maturity of athletes brings more demand on the TEAM (coach-player-parent) on
and off the field.
Development and expectation of the individual players increase as they attempt to
align with individual goals.
