6. INTERCULTURAL DEBATE
1. To implement the policy of an existing youth club in a
partner country;
2. To facilitate intercultural learning;
3. To give awareness of active citizenship and European
citizenship;
4. To create for the participants the ability to present the
purpose of a youth club;
5. To guide the participants in order to create their own
youth clubs in their own country;
6. To develop the public speaking ability through a debate
for all participants.
7. Phase
Preparation phase
During the focus will be on making global details more specific,
preparing for the skills and cultural exchange and requiring the
necessary funds for the project. Youngsters will prepare interactive
workshops and presentations on what impacts them.
Implementation phase
During the program youngster from three different European countries
with different backgrounds will come together to organize a community
debate on intercultural topics. During the execution days they will
exchange debate skills and have dialogue of cultural impact and
misconceptions.
Evaluation phase
Follow up and preparation for the next youth exchange. Youngster will
go back to their countries with tangible knowledge.

We are looking for:
A. Age: 18 - 26
B. Dutch Nationality and Dutch Caribbean affiliation
C. Interested in EU citizenship and participation
D. Not shy to work in teams

CN'ers Family Foundation that can be called CN'ers or Dutch Caribbean Family is established for all citizens who have affiliation with the Caribbean parts of our kingdom.
Central to stimulate, encourage and promote creativity, entrepreneurship and leadership talents within our Dutch Caribbean community, especially among students and young professionals within the said community.
The foundation has several functions. Primarily serves the foundation as a platform for (youth) initiatives. Secondary will and can act as the foundation for future Supervisory Board member organizations and partners.
