The function countLogs counts the number of true and false logical values passed into it as four separate inputs. It returns the count of trues in the first output and the count of falses in the second output. Examples show that passing in (true, true, true, false) returns [3, 1] indicating 3 trues and 1 false, and (false, false, true, false) returns [1, 3] indicating 1 true and 3 falses. Passing in all false values (false, false, false, false) returns [0, 4] with no trues and 4 falses.
