Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project funded with the referance number 2023-1-MT01-KA152-YOU-000148296 by Malta
National Agency. The project will be implemented in Karaman, Türkiye between the dates of 1-11st of March 2024.
(The arrival of the project is 1st of March and the departure of the project is 11st of March 2024).

6. Each partner organization will be represented during the youth exchange project by 5 participants (between
the age of 18-25) and 1 leader (no age limit), total 6 young people. The partner organization should take into
consideration the gender equality and involved minimum 3 young people with fewer opportunities
(economical, geaographical, social & cultural etc..). We recommended team leader profile who has experience
in youth work, non-formal education, managing groups, participated international project and familiar with
project cycle management and its fundamental features.

9. We will give a space to present your country, culture, people, traditional dance & music, traditional costum &
clothes, food, drinks and more.. We are planning to organize the cultural nights for 2 countries per day.
All the teams must prepare some presentation of your country in a creative way (try to avoid PowerPoint
and movies from tourist agencies. PowerPoints or videos are really not recommended.)
We hope that your culture means you something more than national food and drinks :)
Please dont forget to bring your national flag.
Be creative.

We invite you to prepare some games, dances, songs... but better if it is something interactive and funny.

We expect to have guests / audience more than project participants.

Rooms are arranged for 3 people will stay in the
same room with same gender.
Free services at hotel are SOON....
The meal will be given 3 times per day (breakfast,
lunch and dinner) and will be typical Turkish cuisine.
On the arrival day it is included just the dinner and
on the departure day it is included only breakfast.
Accommodations, foods, cafe breaks and project
activities will be covered %100 by project budget.

13. Please note that only economy class tickets, local transportations can be reimburse you. (no taxi, no private car,
no private bus, no business class etc.)
Provide original invoices, original tickets, electronic tickets with the price, currency, invoice date, name and
surname of the passenger, travel route.
Provide original boarding passes. If you make it online check-in, its acceptable to provide online boarding
passes.
There is no reimbursement for visa expenses.
Reimbursement Conditions
After to collect all needed travel documents for coming and back from you, we will transfer your
reimbursement to only one bank account for each project team to reduce transaction cost, so until
we have all the documents from the whole your national group we will not be able to reimburse.
Reimbursement timing is depending on how you fast provide all needed travel documents for
coming and back to us.
The project will start on 1st of March with dinner and will end on 11st of March with breakfast.
The project doesn't cover accommodation, food and other expenses out of those dates.
