HOW TO USE

Trello is a collaboration tool
that organizes your projects
into boards

It provides a visual overview
of the project's status and
progress

It updates and reminds
everyone of what to do and
when it needs to be done

It surely helps you attain
your goals and reduces the
stress levels at home/work

First, we need to create
an account.

For this tutorial we’ll use
Google browser

Type “https://trello.com” in the address bar

Then we’ll be prompted to this website

Next, fill up your name

Create a password

Then, click create a new account

If you have a Google account
click here to sign up

Next, this page shows up

Click this to check your email

Click here to open your email

Click to verify email address

Next we’re directed to your Trello board.
Congrats!!!

Click here to create a Board

Provide a Title for your Board

The board is set to Private by default

Here you may change board visibility option

Click here to create the board

Here’s how our board looks like

Next, we’ll create a list

Create a name for your list

Then click save

We have created our first list

Let’s add more LIST to have a workflow

Now we have created a workflow for our LIST

Now let’s add CARDS

Click Add Card

Provide a name for your CARD

Click here to add more Cards

No we have added more CARD’s or tasks to the List

We now have a BOARD, LIST, & CARD

You can add as many
LIST & CARD
as you can

Editing CARD’s

We now have a BOARD, LIST, & CARD

This opens the
back of the CARD

This area is called the CARD BACK

The CARD BACK has
4 main sections

1. Card Description

This adds specific information about your card

Click save

2. Comments and Activity

You can add COMMENT at this
section of the CARD BACK

You can add ATTACHMENT while
making comments

You can MENTION PEOPLE to NOTIFY
them in a comment

You can add EMOJI to your comment

You can add CARD LINK
to your comment

3. Add Section

Add Board Members to assign
them task or keep them in the loop

Add Label for filter and
data visualization

Add Checklist for cards
that require subtask

Add Due Dates for projects
that have deadlines

Add Attachments from
local or cloud storage

4. Actions Section

A card can be moved
to another board or list

Click here to choose list

Let’s move it to “Doing List”

Click Move

The list has been moved to “Doing”

A card can also be copied

A board member can subscribe to
receive action notification

Future card ca be archived

Customizing Boards

You can add members here

is Blue
