Godrej Properties Ltd said that it has entered into the Greater Noida real estate market with the announcement of its plan to
develop a golf centric township in Sector 27, Greater Noida. "Spread over 100 acres, this low density project will offer
approximately 370,000 square meters (4 million sq. ft.) of saleable area and will be developed as a modern golf township
comprising of a 9-hole golf course and villas amongst other lifestyle amenities," the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock
Exchange.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has given positive breakout of its upper band of symmetrical triangle pattern with
above average volume, which indicates for robust upside movement. Moreover, stock has been trading above its 21 day moving
average which is placed at 327.10, which shows that near term trend is up. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 65.27 level
with positive crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of
338-340 for the Target of 347 with the SL of 334.50

Infrastructure holding company GMR Infrastructure Ltd on Tuesday said that GMR led consortium has bagged two more packages
on the long Eastern dedicated freight Corridor. “GMR led consortium bags 221 KM of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor project,”
the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on June 07, 2016.The project funded by World Bank is divided into
two packages. The first package comprises of 175 km single line connecting Sahnewal and Pilkhani that passes through Uttar
Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab, it added. The other package is a 46 km double line corridor in Uttar Pradesh connecting Dadri and
Khurja, it said.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has formed Hammer candlestick with good volume, which is a bullish reversal
candlestick and indicates for upside movement. Moreover, stock has managed to close above its 21 day moving average which is
placed at 11.45 level, which shows that near term trend has changed to up. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 49.75 level
with positive crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of
11.20-11.50 for the Target of 12.10 with the SL of 10.90
The S&P 500 ended at its best level since July on Tuesday, helped by a big jump in energy shares and investor confidence that
higher interest rates will not derail the economy. The index finished below its best levels of the session, though, while the Nasdaq
ended lower. Biotech shares dropped following disappointing news from several key companies including Biogen. The Nasdaq
Biotech Index .NBI was down 2.5 percent, its biggest daily percentage decline since May 11. Giving the S&P 500 its biggest boost,
the S&P energy index .SPNY jumped 2.1 percent as oil prices reached 2016 highs due to supply constraints and a weak dollar.
Exxon Mobil gained 1.5 percent to USD 90.71. Gains this week have once again put the S&P 500 within striking distance of record
highs reached in May 2015. Comments from Fed Chair Janet Yellen on Monday seemed to ease some worries about the economy,
while underscoring views the Fed may be in no rush to raise rates.
Equity benchmarks rallied to fresh 7-month high on Tuesday after the RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan's accommodative policy
stance and US Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen's comments. Banks and FMCG stocks were leading gainers but moderate selling
in index heavyweights Infosys, HDFC & Reliance Industries capped some upside in late trade. The 30-share BSE Sensex closed
above 27000-mark for the first time since October 2015, which climbed 232.22 points or 0.87 percent to 27009.67. The 50-share
NSE Nifty gained 65.40 points or 0.80 percent at 8266.45. Experts expect the momentum to continue in near term after the RBI
announced policy review indicating some room for further rate cut possible if monsoon meets expectations.
