1. WAKE UP EARLY IN MORNING... BE FRESH BEFORE GOING:
2. Take proper 7 hrs sleep to avoid restlessness.
3. Eat nutritious food
4. Maintain eye contact for most of the times with the lecturer.
5. Try taking notes. This will help you in avoiding day dreams.
6. Don’t sleep while in class: do something to keep you awake, be it fiddling with a pencil,
pinching yourself.
7. Keep yourself fit: A healthy mind stays in a healthy body
8. Meditation and yoga
9. Laughter is the best medicine so keep laughing and watch movies with laughter, sarcasm in
it..:
Study based fact: people who respond to jokes with sarcasm earlier than others have the
healthiest mind.
10. To control your anger, keep yourself busy in the things you like doing not the things you
don’t want to do.
11. Have breakfast: Empty stomach people have concentration problems.
12. Keep talking to your loved ones to avoid feeling lonely.
13. Read articles, novels that are inspirational and motivational.
14. Keep chewing gums in the class if allowed: it might help wake you up when feeling sleepy.
15. Consult the respective teacher after class: that will lead to teachers attention towards you
while in class.

2. 16. Read what is going to be taught to you to maintain your interest in the subject. Knowing
something than nothing will help you recollect things in a better way.
17. Don’t sit with people who distract your attention while sitting beside you.
18. Never feel stressed by the pending work. Do as much as you can and just remove the burden
on you.
It’s not always the Students side that has to improve yourself, The lectures should also be
interesting enough to help students learn.
So here are few ways through which the lectures can be made interesting.
19. Teachers should provide practical applications instead of being purely theoretical.
20. Lectures should involve more of student activities.
21. Teachers should make use of creative fun filled presentations and videos during lecture.
22. Teacher should conduct reviews from the students and students should feel free to tell their
problems to the respective teacher.
23. Teachers should arrange contests and prizes should be given for the winners to increase
participation.
Apart from the teachers and students, the other aspect that could be focused upon is
technology.
So, keeping in mind the latest trends in technology following solutions could be considered:
24. Everyone has cell phones. So start recording the lectures and correspondingly refer to them
while studying. Most important make videos.
25. Contact the lecturer through mail or social sites and chat with them on net. Through this you
could try to figure out the solution to all the problems.
26. Apart from it if I had the control over the law of nature then I would suggest going back in
time and again and again listening to the lecture till my doubts are clarified.
 The most practical idea: Take notes of each and every line that is spoken by the
lecturer.
 The most favourite idea: Exercise, take proper sleep and read inspiring novels to
keep yourself stress free.
 The most disruptive idea: Everyone has cell phones. So start recording the lectures
