there is more use of

pouring out of statues.
• In this film there is an
emotional storyline that
makes the audience have
sympathy for Dracula.

he also has an accent.
• The main difference that
I found here is; Dracula is
a shape shifter.
• I feel like Twilight
changed the
Vampire genre
completely, instead
of having old,
hideous vampires
all are attractive,
beautiful and don’t
age.
• These vampires can
go out in the
daylight unlike the
others, but the
glisten.
• When the vampires
in this movie bite
necks (and other
parts of the body)
they transfer
venom.
• Like recent films,
the house they live
in is isolated but is
made of glass.
• Let the right one in
was the first vampire
movie to have a child
as the main killer.
Although the
background of Eli can
also make the
audience have some
sympathy.
• They also live in
modern society and in
a non-isolated setting
(flats).
• Instead of Eli killing her
victims directly she
gets a helper to do it
for her.

• Eli is a idol for Oskar
the same way Edward
is an idol for Bella.
