2. In the scene I would imagine that the kitchen would resemble the
mother while the dining room would resemble the father. As for the son
he would be stuck between his two parents worlds. I would imagine the
kitchen to have soft colours such as pastels; this would resemble the
mum as a stereotypical housewife as she would probably spend most
of her time in the kitchen. Whereas the dining room would resemble the
dad, for the dining room I would think that dark oak would be dominate
as the character of the dad would be seen as serious.
