that the video is still uncomplimentary to the actual music.
The early stage of music video is great as it shows the music as the

ABBA- Dancing Queen
This music video is created using the group singing on stage and
performing, there is a crowd of people dancing along with group, this
creates a togetherness of the group and the fans. ABBA are using
Dancing Queen lyrics to perform there chorography to the crowd of
people. The music video is better compared to the previous as it
increase in quality of video and sound and also the amount of
movement with in the video of people and props.

DeBarge – Rhythm Of The Night
This music video again is a huge step in the direction of the music videos we
see today, the music is clear to listen to and the video quality is also much
improved from the previous, also the introduction of colour is helpful in
increasing the development of the music video in general.
This music video is using a huge amount of props compared to the previous
this helps the video increase how well it can tell the story of the song.
Also the male and female gaze is visible in this video as the costumes used are
not as safe and they reveal more of the human body to the audience.

5. 1990’s
Eminem- My Name Is
This music video is completely different to the previous as they are starting to
increase the use of special effects which are used, the transitions and editing
are also becoming more complicated as they want the video to become as
good as the actual music and represent the words correctly.
This music video is also not like the previous as it uses editing techniques to
tell the story such as it uses a boarder that shows Eminem within a television,
this helps to show the artist with the story of his rap.

Katy Perry- Firework
This Music video shows a very high level of video and music quality
and also video quality, the editing and special effects is also at the
highest level seen so far.

This music video shows a basic but effective way to produce a music
video as it uses simple editing techniques from just editing colour and
the background, but chorography is what makes it a high quality music
