2. Test Manager / Quality Manager
Enhances the quality of new / renewed and / or business-critical services / processes / systems
through design and implementation of quality research, advice on operation / optimization and
coordination of improvement.
• Provides insight into the quality / performance (efficiency / effectiveness) of (new / renewed
and / or mission critical) services / processes / systems by independent execution / coordination
of an wide range of quality reviews
• Focus on (combinations of) services / processes / systems
• Perform impact analysis for study and research approach formulates
• Perform / coordinate audits / test / controls / Measurements
• Examine for quality
• Analyzes reports and findings
• Indicates problems, formulate recommendations and guidelines discuss suggestions for
improvement, attracting quality projects
