Description:
Cetfix FLEX is polymer modified two parts adhesive comprising polymer cement based powder and rubber based liquid.
Flexible for use in area where tiling is likely to be subject to some limited background movement or vibration, especially
for wood and plywood.

 Accommodate physical & thermal movements

 Internal / external vertical cladding
 Suitable for tile on wood & Plywood application
Direction of use:
Surface Preparation:
 The surface should be sound and thoroughly cleaned.
Mixing:
 Pour the CETFIX FLEX 8 kg liquid into a suitable container.
 Add CETFIX FLEX Powder 22 kg to the above mix for 2 to 4 minutes to obtain smooth, lump free slurry.
 It is advised to mix in small quantities (Powder 3 part Flex Powder + 1 part Flex liquid)
 Leave for 5 minute and remix.
 Use within 45 to 60 minutes.
Application:
 Spread the adhesive to a required bed thickness and comb with notched trowel.
 Then start placing the tiles on the surface within 15 to 20 min.
 Press the tiles firmly into position with a slight twisting action.
 Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints.
 Joint filler cetfix TG apply after 24 hours
Coverage:
 For Granite & Italian Marble :
2.5 to 3 sqm. per 30 kg combo pack at 6 mm bedding thickness.
 For wood and & Plywood application
5.5 to 6 sqm. In 30 kg combo pack at 3 mm bedding thickness.

2. Packing:
Supplied in 30 kg combo pack ( 22 kg bag + 8 kg liquid)
