1. Filled in application form along with D.D. for Rs. 250/-(Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) only,
payable in fevour of “Samyuktha Swakula Sali Sangh at Bangalore” towords registration
shall be be sent to the below mentioned address on or before 30th Nov. 2009.
2. Attendance of participant Vadhu/Vara along with their parents/guardians (limited to two
persons only) is compulsory.
3. Vadhu/Vara shall send an additional passport size photo along with the application.
4. Guests are allowed (Max. two only) with fee of Rs.100/- per guest. Kindly add this amount
along with registration fee of Rs 250/- while sending the DD.
5 Activity of sangha is limited to samavesha function only. Further related activity is left to
individual discretion.
