qualification for enlistment, initial classification, reenlistment, or classification into the military band program. Routine
uses: To initiate processing into the military band program, and as a record of the individual's technical ability and
progress. Disclosure: Voluntary. Failure to provide Social Security number may result in a delay or error in the
processing of this form.

2. Rhythm Grading Instructions and Song list
Part 1 is graded GO/NO-GO
Parts 2-3 are graded with the Bass Audition Rubric.
Part 4 is graded on the scale 0 (not contributing to mission), 1 (some mission capability) or 2
(significant mission enhancer). Maximum score on Part 4 is 4 points.
Score from Part 4 is added to final rubric score to determine final score.
Maximum score for audition is 40 points.
