ZAM coated steel is a Zn-Al-Mg ternary alloy coating
steel. This chemical composition has been chosen to
provide the optimum levels of corrosion resistance,
which is about 3 to 5 times comparing with HDG steel.
This kind of steel permits all the conventional process-
ing operations possible with standard HDG steel. In
addition to these many benefits, ZAM coated steel has
a lower friction coefficient which remains stable
throughout forming operations to get a better solar
mounting structure.
Description
The super solar automatic axis solar tracket mounting
is our patented product, which is an ideal solution for
any region’s environment. It has an automatic axis to
track the sun in the north-south direction, which helps
you harvest up to 30% more solar power, comparing to
standard fixed mounting. By adding a solar tracker,
additional moving parts and gears are added which
would require regular maintenance of the solar
system.

Self-healing
The magnesium (Mg) in the coating is beneficial to
delay the increase in the cathode pH value during the
corrosion process, and gradually generate very stable

double-layer hydroxide protective film on the surface

ed.

Steel grating walkway
Super Solar's Steel grating walkway is mainly for the
roof solar plant to protect the roof sheet from damage
by uneven force, but also can be widely used in the
chemical industry, food processing, catwalk and trench
cover. It's formed of flat steel and cross bars with
certain distances, and treated by hot dipped galvaniz-
ing zinc coating.
