Profile of Coated Aluminium Sheet / Coil / Strip
Coated (pre-painted) aluminium Sheet/ Coil/ Strip are another professional product of Erste
International Materials Co., Ltd, these products have received much reputation from the customers
of our domestic & foreign markets.
It is painted with colors before it was cut, bent, or punching, it is another way differs from spray
painting (powder coating). Now 70% of metallic materials used on the surface of building is
pre-painted. Coating line specialized for aluminium coil, working automatically, continuously and
effectively, the coating is stable and smooth. The both side of coil could be coated with 2 layers in the
same time, to avoid the coil be over-baked.
Classified Products:
There is industry grade and food grade.
Theformer is mainly for building use like
roofing, ceiling, panel etc, the later is for food
containers for beer, milk, porridgeor soda-water.
The surface could be coated with different lacquer,
PVDF coating is more durable in outside
condition, PE is more cheap but not so durable,
resin coating works for anti-corrupt or as “glue”
layer to Filling material. Crylic acid lacquer is an
cheaper one for anti-corrupt but no more available
in ERSTE. Besides, There is Special treatment on
surface, like coil stucco embossed, diamond
embossed, brushed, punched or other special
processing.
New Product:
Nano-self-cleaning aluminium coil is covered
with Nano PVDF lacquer, which could release
slowly active ingredients for long term, to clean
the surface of sheet.
Chameleons PVDF coated coil, is covered with
special lacquer, appeared to be with different
colors in different time or distance.
Heat-reflective coil is covered with a-special
lacquer with ceramic components, it could reflect
the infrared line of sunshine and keep the wall or
roofing of building more cool during the hot
season.

PVDF coated aluminium coil is used more and more for roofing and cldding system because it is
beautyful, light-weighted,durable, recyclable, and easy to process.
Classic materials: A3004、A5052、A5754;
Classic width: 575mm、578mm、580mm、595mm、600mm、1000mm,
Classic thickness:0.7mm、0.8mm、0.9mm、1.0mm、1.2mm；
Conventional coating: Usually covered with PVDF lacquer, with 2 layers 25-28 micro, or 3 layers 35
micro.

Typical Application (2) - Aluminium ceiling system
Aluminium ceiling system is widely used in airport, train station, metro, office building and hotel,
because of its excellent characters. It is colorful, light weight, fire-proof, easy to process and clean.
ERSTE now supply pre-painted Aluminium coil, which is widely used for many building, factories.
Usually the material for this is: of alloy A3003H24,A3003H26,A3003H12,A3004H24,A3004H26
With-Thickness:0.6mm,0.7mm,0.8mm,0.9mm,1.
0mm.
With width: slit the coil into strips with any width
between 22mm and 1600mm, with accuracy ±
0.02mm.
Color: Actually, there are more than 30 colors of
“white” available, hundreys of colors available for
cerling system.
Coating: PE coated 25-28 micro.
Plastic film: 0.05mm or 0.06mm plastic film
covered on the surface, could with customer’ s
logo if required.
Package: With inner-diameter 405mm or
505mm, durable package for transport on sea, or
as per required.
Lead time: deposit raw material in stock for long
term customers for a shorter lead time.

Aluminium Curtain Wall is widely welcomed by customers from Middle East, Southeast Asia, North
America etc. which is used for building wall, it makes build wall having good & beautiful appearance.
We can supply extra-thickness aluminium coil.- It can paint PVDF lacquer or PE lacquer on the surface
of aluminium coil with max thickness 3.0mm and max width 1650mm.
Comparing with powder coating, painting is much better for these reasons:
A. Environment friendly – to avoid the health & pollution to air around the factory by powder;
B. With less color difference,- and the thickness of coating is even and smooth;
C. Much cheaper than powder coating processing.
With the professional splitting and cutting machine, we can split the coil into exact width and cut sheet
as you want.
To make a shorter lead-time, we keep mill finish aluminium coil in stock, with popular dimension: for
short lead time
Thickness: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm.
Width: 900mm, 1000mm, 1100mm, 1200mm, 1250mm, 1300mm, 1400mm, 1500mm, 1600mm.

ERSTE coated aluminium coil for aluminium gutter systems, is made mainly with aluminium of alloy
a3105h24 or a3003h24, the both side is covered with pe paint, with thickness 18-20 micro, or 25-28
micro as required. There are more than 1000 different colors available for gutter, also we can make a
copy color according to customer’s sample.
The typical thickness is 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, and 1.0mm,-all available. It is easy to bend, or
cold-reform. We can slit the coil to any width as required, for example 266mm, 285mm, 301mm,
405mm, 448mm etc.
Typical Application (5) - Aluminium Shutter System
ERSTE Coated aluminium coil for shutter, is made with raw material from Southwest Aluminium
Group or Suimin Aluminium. Paint from Becker is used for the top side of coil, Epoxy Resin from
PPG is used for the back side.
The typical material used here is A3005H26, A3105H26 or A3003H16 (more cheap).
The coil usually with thickness (before coating) 0.18mm, 0.22mm, 0.23mm, 0.25mm, 0.26mm, 0.27mm,
0.28mm, 0.30mm, 0.4mm, 0.45mm.
We could slit the coil to 118.8mm wide or 127mm, 133mm, 142mm, 187mm, or any other wide, with
accuracy ±0.02mm.
The most popular colors available here is white, yellow, grey, silver, black, green, champagne and so on,
or we can make it the same colors as your samples., we also make aluminium coil for shutter box, to
meet your requirement “in one station”

For composited panel, including ACP, aluminium honeycomb panel, corrugated composited panel,

from South West Aluminium, Suimin Aluminium
or Chalco group. Thousands of Aluminium coil
with thickness from 0.15mm to 1.5mm, and width
from 900mm to 2400mm available. PVDF or PE
lacquer and prime from PPG, BECKER or
VALSPAR, thousands of different colors
available. expoxy resin for back side from PPG.
