A Reflection - Come and Pray
This week is our parish mission for the year of mercy. It is a time for our
community to join together in prayer and reflection. It is especially a time for
all of us to spend some time together refreshing and nourishing our individual
lives. The week is especially tailored for all ages in our community and is
especially open to all of us who need time to get away from the demands of the
world. Here in our Church is a space to reflect, pray and ask God for his
healing touch. It is especially a time to pray for ourselves, our families and the
wider community.
Parish Mission
Our Parish Mission for the Jubilee year of Mercy will take place this week.
We welcome John Pridmore and the members of St. Patrick's Community
who will lead us in prayer this week. Each night has a special theme which all
come together to form a picture for the week. Leaflets with full details of the
programme are available at the back and side door of the Church. Some
members of the team will speak at the weekend Masses.
