It is a device that turns the alternate electric power of
a certain level of tension, in alternate energy of another
level of tension, by means of electromagnetic
interaction.

ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMERS




Transformer of three phases.
If there is applied an electromotive alternate force in wound
primarily, there will circulate along this one an alternating
current that will create in turn a magnetic variable field. This
magnetic variable field will originate, for electromagnetic
induction, the appearance of an electromotive force in the ends
of wound secondarily.
