  2. 2.  Aerobic  kind of physical exercise that integrates rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the objective of improving all elements of fitness; Flexibility, Muscular strength, Cardio-vascular fitness;
  3. 3.  Generally  performed in group with background music and this is directed by an instructor;
  4. 4.  Although it can be practiced alone and without musical accompaniment;
  5. 5. Show the benefits of aerobics
  6. 6.   Benefits Heart operates more efficient and becomes more stronger; Helps to control your weight;  Increases the body muscle strength and elasticity;  Helps to reduce blood pressure;  Prevents from certain types of cancer also.
  7. 7.  In general aerobics burns your fat. Aerobics provides a long life, a health life and happiness.
  8. 8.  Aerobic routine with much emphasis can cause sprains and injuries.  So never omit the pain and directly consult your doctor. If you have any medical problem you should consult a doctor and then start the routine.
  9. 9.  If a trouble such as dizziness, vomiting, back pain or any other originates consult your doctor and then continue the aerobic activity.
