9. Can you see the difference? Rectangles have 2 longer sides and 2 shorter sides. Squares have 4 short sides.

10. Hexagon Hexagons have 6 sides. Can you count them? 1 2 6 3 5 4

11. Cube Do you recognize this shape? It looks like a square. What is different? It is 3 dimensional

12. 3 dimensional This means that it is “solid” An example of a 3 dimensional cube is dice!

13. 2 dimensional This means the shape is flat. Can you think of some shapes that we have looked at that are flat? Square Circle hexagon Triangle

14. Cone Cones are also 3 dimensional Can you think of an example of cones?
