This document provides instructions for an activity where students ask each other questions based on provided role cards to find people who meet certain criteria. Students are told to make questions in pairs, check with the teacher, and ask "Excuse me, are you.../do you..." introducing themselves if the answer is yes and getting contact details. Role cards are then provided for 10 people of varying ages, locations, languages and marital statuses for students to find each other by asking the scripted questions.

Make the questions in pairs. Then, check with the teacher.
Ask the questions. Start the conversation with: “Excuse me, are you ... / do you ...?” If the answer is
“No” say “Sorry” and then say goodbye.
If the answer is “Yes”, introduce yourself, say “Nice to meet you” and ask their name.
