Executive Summary:
WLWV – West Linn-Wilsonville School District
comprises nine primary schools, four middle
schools, and three high schools. Andrew Kilstrom,
Director of Communications, reached out to us with
a requirement for Zoom live captioning a parent
advisory committee, feedback session on zoom.

3. Scope:
They required our Zoom Live Captioning Service to translate spoken English to Spanish as there
were a few Spanish participants in the session and a transcript in Spanish for the hour and a half
long meeting.
Facilitating The Session For WLWV:
When Andrew reached out to us, we offered him our zoom live captioning service in compliance
with the school district rates. Our talented and experienced bilingual captioner delivered the service
with utmost precision on translation and punctuation.
After the first meeting on 11th December, Andrew got back to us again in January, with another
requirement for a Community Discussion Session. We provided a live zoom captioning service for
English to Spanish translation with almost 80 participants in attendance.
