Translation cost:
Translation into Spanish: 17 cents per word.
Translation into any other language: 22 cents per word.
Over the phone 3-way interpreting up to 5000 minutes per month:
$1.59 per minute for Spanish
$1.79 per minute for any other language
Additional minutes over 5000 per month: $1.39 per minute.
Interpreting (Simultaneous face-face)
Hour: $70.00 Spanish
Hour: $85.00 Any other language. Minimum 2 hour assignment plus
mileage (55.5 cents per mile), tolls, parking.
Additional technology fees if headphones or other
equipment is necessary.

1 person: $75 per person per hour
2 people: $40 per person per hour
3 people: $35 per person per hour
4+ people: $30 per person per hour
Customized Program:
$5,000 to 8,000 (Depends Program Design)
$10,000- Over for selected speaker
Customized Packages: Per client request.
