INDIAN FACE
INDIAN EQUITY BENCHMARK fell for a third consecutive session to their lowest in nearly two weeks as three state-run companies, including Oil and Natural Gas Corp, slumped after the government said it would decline its stakes in them.
Further, Oil India is working on the process to transfer the overseas assets to the wholly-owned subsidiary Oil India International.
Bharat Electronics rose 3.41%, after a domestic brokerage firm initiated buy rating on the stock.
GLOBAL FACE
Asian stock markets shares edged down after U.S. President Barack Obama vowed to fight Islamic State militants, while the dollar pulled away from six-year highs against the yen.
European stocks were higher, as concerns over a potential U.K. split slightly eased, while markets continued to monitor Western sanction decisions on Russia.
U.S. stocks market were very slightly lower as investors awaited data on the labor market and attempted to determine whether equities' long-term advance or recent weakness would be the driving trend going forward.

IDFC launches QIP Issue, stock rises
Shares of IDFC surged over 5%, after infrastructure financing firm opened its qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue for subscription September 11, 2014.The company plans to raise Rs2,000 crore from share sale to institutional investors. The floor price has been fixed at Rs143.70 a piece.
Motherson Sumi eyes 15-20% topline growth, 40% RoCE in FY15
Motherson Sumi Systems expects 15-20 percent topline growth along with a 40 percent return on capital employed in this fiscal. Motherson Sumi Systems adding that amongst all the markets, US and Chinese markets have picked up the most. Motherson Sumi boasts of winning orders worth 7.7 billion euro worth over the last 3- 4 years. Meanwhile, the company will announce its next 5-year plan in April 2015.
Fertiliser stocks in demand, GSFC zooms 20%
Shares of fertilisers companies are in demand and trading higher by up to 20% on back of heavy volumes in otherwise weak market on the bourses. GSFC, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals, Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers, Fertiliser and Chemicals Travancore, and Zuari Agro Chemicals are up 4-20%.
Sun Pharma down 6% on surprise audit by USFDA at Halol unit
Shares of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries fell as much as 6 percent in early trade on US drug regulator's surprise audit at the pharma major's Halol facility in Gujarat. USFDA inspectors in two teams are auditing both the injectibles as well as oral solids units at the plant, with one team focusing on manufacturing processes and other closely auditing quality control and assurance departments.
