subterranean parking garage – load bearing metal framing system with the use of stone, precast concrete, plaster
& higher end finishes. Post tensioned podium level slab with concrete and cmu block subterranean walls. Higher
end market product. Project required strong security, aesthetics and marketing focus.
Civic Plaza PA3 Boise, ID
7 total levels, 140,052 sq. ft. Type I mixed use 4 level residential project over existing 169,500 sq. ft. 3 level
parking structure with retail component. 155 total units. Elevated landscaped courtyards. Existing post
tensioned concrete slab at podium level, EIFS panel system, curtain wall, punched windows. (Podium type mixed
use multi-family project.)

6 total levels, 128,750 sq. ft. Type III mixed use 5 level residential project above 19,600 sq. ft. 1 level retail over
75,000 sq. ft. Type I - 1 level subterranean parking structure. 144 total units. Elevated landscaped courtyards.

project. Extremely high security and end user programming requirements. Interiors were also designed within
our office and coordinated with the shell / core construction documentation.

6 level, 132,000 sq. ft. Type I office building with basement. - Concrete over metal deck and structural steel
frame, granite and glass curtain wall system. Extremely high security and end user programming requirements.

2 to 4 level time share project adjacent to Pelican Hills Golf Course. Participated in 5 of 9 Phases. Type V – 1

4 building campus style office complex with a remotely sited single corporate office building. All buildings were 4
