2. COLOURS
With deciding my
house style colour I
wanted to choose
something that was
bold to the eye so I
looked at the Arctic
Monkey’s Q edition
because that managed
to have bold bright
colours as well as
keeping its
sophisticated
professional look.
I decided to stick with the colours that ‘Q’ used being Red and White however I
decided not to use any other colours because my aim is to be an individual
magazine rather that another typical competing mag so that’s why I chose Grey
and also changed the banner colour to grey rather than blue as this way I
believed I could keep the title being bold rather than a banner being deceiving
and looking like a title.

3. TEXT
For the text within my blog I wanted to use
something that was modern and continued it
through the whole production so the body text I
found a sans serif font as this way it is very easy
on the ey and looks smooth and for bold
paragraphs like the introduction to the left I used a
serif font as this allows the text to give a sense of
impact which insinuates importance within the text
as it stands out more than the body text. As I said I
continued this through the whole production
because I wanted my house style to be distinct
and obvious with few little changes.
