SOURCE OF FUNDING

 1. Institution: Institution to provide a fixed
  fund for the development of OER.
 2. Government: Institution to seek research
  funding from government institutions for the
  enhancement of OER.
LICENSE

   All OER materials developed by the
    institution must adopt the Creative Commons
    (CC) license.
OER POLICY

 All OER must be developed in global text
  with a mix of local flavour.
 All OER development must be formalised
  and undergo an evaluation process.
 All OER must be framed towards active
  learning.
USAGE

 All OER are developed for students, to be
  used as supporting learning materials.
 OER should also be developed in the area of
  ‘self-improvement’. Example: MQA/University
  courses and courses such as Stress
  Management, Personal Finance, Time
  Management etc.
TECHNOLOGY

   A variety of technology to be selected based
    to the nature of the courses offered from the
    following options:
     Courseware

     Games

     Animation   (discussion)
     Video

     Augmented    reality
