27. Ingredients, Steps and Procedure:
•5 pcs twig of Malungay leaves
•b. 3 pcs of Okra
•c. 1 small bunch of saluyot
•d. 1 quarter slice of squash or camote tops
•e. pcs of spinach
•f. 1 bunch of chili leaves
•g. 1 bunch of young camote leaves
28. Preparation:
•Wash all the herbs and let it dry and for veggies
before cutting it.
•Remove the leaves from its trunk
• Boiled 3-4 cups of water
29. Procedure:
a. Let the squash or camote tops boiled first
until it tender.
b. Add pinch amount of salt (pinch if just necessary).
c. Put a little amount of side dishes (fish or chicken)
d. all the herbs except malungay leaves
e. Season to taste.
g. Add malungay leaves and simmer it for only 2
minutes
