  2. 2. What the activity is about?<br />The main purpose of the activity is to put the <br />stress out. <br />AND <br />To take some time to relax by doing some guided breathing exercises.<br />
  3. 3. Steps to follow<br />Relax your body: shoulders back and forth /free movement / get straight<br />
  4. 4. Steps to follow<br />Rabbit´s breathing:<br /> -Breathing like rabbits when they smell carrots<br />-To instruct and lead by example<br />-Close your eyes<br />-3 Quick breaths through the nose, exhale through the mouth once<br />
  5. 5. Steps to follow<br />3. Bear´s breathing:<br />-Breathing as the bear when you are sleeping/ analogy of the balloon<br />-We put our hands on our stomach to feel our breathing<br />-Close your eyes<br />-Inhale deeply (4 seconds) /keep the air (2)/exhale slowly (8)<br />
  6. 6. Steps to follow<br />4. Lion´s breathing:<br />-Imitate the lion when he roars<br />-Inhale deeply (4 seconds) / Hold the air (2)/Exhale sticking out your tongue and roaring like a lion.<br />

Guided relaxation<br />-Put straight<br />-Close your eyes<br />-Pay attention to your breathing<br />-Imagine a wonderful place that makes you feel happy (garden, beach)<br />-Inhale (4 seconds)/hold your breath (2)/exhale (8)<br />-Repeat the exercise, but this time just paying attention to the music. <br />
