4. Steps to follow Rabbit´s breathing: -Breathing like rabbits when they smell carrots -To instruct and lead by example -Close your eyes -3 Quick breaths through the nose, exhale through the mouth once
5. Steps to follow 3. Bear´s breathing: -Breathing as the bear when you are sleeping/ analogy of the balloon -We put our hands on our stomach to feel our breathing -Close your eyes -Inhale deeply (4 seconds) /keep the air (2)/exhale slowly (8)
6. Steps to follow 4. Lion´s breathing: -Imitate the lion when he roars -Inhale deeply (4 seconds) / Hold the air (2)/Exhale sticking out your tongue and roaring like a lion.
