the tension we're feeling. It locks itself into
our bodies and can call out serious illness.

6. Sit comfortably, backs touching the chair, legs
are relaxed, feet on the floor, hands on thighs,
eyes closed.
I feel calm, relaxed, at peace.
I can feel the contact of my feet with the floor.
My feet are in contact with the floor.
I can feel my legs in contact with the chair.
I can feel my back in contact with the chair.
I can feel my hands and arms in contact with my
legs.
My whole body is relaxed. I feel calm and
relaxed.
7. Stand in a balanced position. Put your hands
on the bottom of your ribcage and breathe
deeply. Count to 5 and then hold your breath
for a count to 5. Then release slowly on a
count to 10.

8. Stand in the balanced position, raise your
arms above your head as high as possible,
bring your palms together. In this position
you take 3 deep breaths and release slowly
each time. Then come back in the normal
standing position and take another 3 breaths.

curl the tip of your tongue back and touch
