It’s more about the integrated workflow than the
technology
video is inherently more expensive to produce
than photos so use the right tool when the job
calls for it

• Self produced content vs. professionally
produced content
Your video content might be better directed at
selling your company and Realtors than on your
listings
7. Pro Video Services
• Very important when high quality video is
necessary to market a home
• If you do use a pro to shoot a home tour, consider
having the realtor or a “host” be in the video giving
the tour rather than voiceover
• Focus on pros for profile videos, how to’s, web
video series...video pieces that require more
direction, good lighting and audio, and quality
editing
