ByteDance has taken a few hasty steps, like setting up a transparency center and hiring Roland Coutier. But these actions appear to be kneejerk efforts, born of the desire to just “Do something – Now!!”
They’ve hired you as a C-Suite advisor to help shape a thoughtful, proactive corporate response and communications strategy.
As you work take these factors into consideration:

2. Growing concern - even anger - by Americans about data privacy invasion generally speaking
