1. In a world filled with complex
environmental challenges,
where children are spending less
and less time outdoors,
how do we build an inclusive
conservation movement to create
the next generation of
conservationists?
2. The Nature Conservancy’s Nature Works Everywhere
initiative is a free, digital education program that brings
the science expertise of the world’s largest
environmental organization directly into the classroom.
3. Using over 600
staff scientists,
Nature Works
Everywhere
teaches the
science behind
how nature
works to produce
our clean air,
water, food and
energy.
4. Digital curriculum aligned with national standards, videos and
interactive tools help students learn the natural sciences while never
leaving their classrooms.
View the video Coral Reefs – Feeding and Protecting Us,
featuring Conservancy scientist Steph Wear, on the
biological interactions of a coral reef and why these are
important to us.
View the video Pollinators – Putting Food on the Table,
about the importance of bees, butterflies, and other
pollinators in the food systems that sustain us.
5. In the Conservancy’s workshop on this innovative program, we will
explore the Nature Works Everywhere digital curriculum, including our
hands-on activities and lessons, garden design tool, and videos.
You will walk away with an entire tool box of digital resources to help
you bring nature into your school and classrooms.
6. We will also be joined by one of the Conservancy’s leading scientists.
Join us for the chance to meet one of these environmental experts:
