Executive Summary:
Since 1997 I have been the overall responsible leader ofincreasingly larger
organizations within the civil engineering business – all with a high grade of
complex challenges in an international environment.
During seven years I was living in Central America being the responsible Area
Manager for the region. From there I moved back to Denmark to head one out
of two divisions at a large civil engineering company. Initially with the
responsibility for Central America and later expanding with The Baltic Sea and
The Far East regions. Through my work:

Claim Management of a major civil engineering project in Central America
executed by Per Aarsleff A/S and NCC International AS, Norway.
Preparation of Business Plan for Svith Aps for the launch of the new
product NAS Noise Absorbing System.
Per Aarsleff A/S 2008-2011 Divisional Manager, International
Aarsleff is a general infrastructure contractor with annual revenue of DKK 6.2
billion. I was heading one out of two civil engineering divisions of the
International Department with direct reference to Vice President Lars Carlsen.
Initially the responsibility covered the area of Central America and later
expanding with the regions The Baltic Sea and The Far East. The turnover of
the department increased over the period from DKK 150 to 360 mio per year
and included an organization up to 65 white collars, hereof 20 in direct
references to me, as well as 400 blue collar workers.
Projects were executed as Own Production and Turn-Key projects and several
in Joint Ventures with other partners.
Financial result:
Target of minimum 9% profitwere achieved 3 out of 4 years.

NCC and Aarsleff have been working together in Central America since
early90´s. In 2004 NCC decided to close down all international operations. I
wasemployed by Aarsleff and transferred hereafter all staff, labor and
equipment to Aarsleff and continued the current running DKK 130 million
project with reference to Head of International Department Viggo Dam
Hansen.

3. My main task was Project Acquisition including Financing and Contract
Management as well as the establishment of the two subsidiaries Aarsleff
Honduras S.A. and Aarsleff Nicaragua S.A.

NCC International A/S 1997-2004 Project Manager,
Director NCC International S.A. Honduras
NCC is one of the leading construction and property development
companies in the Nordic region with a turnover of EUR 5.5 billion.
Initially I worked at the construction of the new Metro in Copenhagen for four
years as Project Manager. Later I was appointed Project Manager at
construction projects in Central America. Slowly I was taking over the
responsibility of the current Area Manager and established a subsidiary of
NCC in Honduras.

CGIC Joint Venture, 1995-1996 Section Engineer
Züblin AG, China
CGIC JV was executing the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project in China
a contract of approximately EUR 500 million.A multipurpose dam on the
Yellow River with a height of 154 m.
CGIC’s contract included construction of Intake Towers, spillway and
plunge pool structures and 16 lined tunnels.
The project was at its initial phase and as Section Engineer I was
responsible for the planning and execution of the Intake Towers – a

concrete structure of 800,000 m of reinforced concrete structure.

Pihl is one of Denmark´s leading contracting companies with a current
turnover of EUR650 million.
I commenced my Civil Engineering Career as Site Engineer in this
company and one year later I took over the responsibility as Site Manager
