   We’re a managing a US JV Project for a major Nigerian Engineering Company. Implementing a complex 
    shallow offshore project with pipeline engineering, electrical, structural and environmental components. 

   We put together a partnership between American, Belgian and Malaysian Investors and Local African
    Partners that is set to build Cameroon's first intra country pipeline (a follow‐on to project above). $600 million
    will be invested over 5 years.

   Principals managed a $1.2 million USTDA Feasibility Studies Project for a Major US Engineering Firm to study
    2 Cameroon Pipeline Projects and delivered project on‐time and within budget.

   We supported the same company above win a $1million USTDA Feasibility Studies Contract in Nigeria and will
    manage that as well starting March 2013.

   We supported one of our clients enter the Nigerian market starting 6 months ago; secure a partner and has
    now bid 8 contracts which are at various stages of qualifying. Total contract value under bid is about
    $82million.

   We're helping one of our clients secure major investments from Nigeria to recapitalize their firm for growth.
    That project is in progress and may bring $30million in new money from Nigeria into the US company.

   We delivered a consortium, that is in the process of investing $120 million to purchase a drilling asset in West
    Africa.

   We're supporting a major client in pursuit of a major CNG FS Contract in Nigeria and that activity should
    extend into 2013.
