INTRODUCTION
Before that there were the technological projects in the world wide .so they consuming the
billion of the dollars for their project and it is more than that their budget. But the half
projects can’t work properly as per the customer’s requirement so it’s goes to the failure
Here the as a chief executives they have to approve the requirement of the extra bad in the
hospital so the one can take the facility over there. If they are in a team at that time with
their effort they can accept their proposal from the board of directors
In the hospital the project is that they want to build the new wing in their hospitals. So they
can give the better services to the management and it is helpful to the poor people in the
world.
1. PROJECT
The fundamental nature related the product is that it is a temporary work to produce the
unique services or the result that simple task is known by the project- hospitality
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is the process of the application of knowledge, skill, tools, and
techniques to project activities to meet the requirement. That is called the project
management (Larson & Gray, 2014).
Here the project is to build the new wing in their hospital so they can plan out with that
activity.
3. PROJECT SUCCESS
Here the standard is established to measure the success of the project. It depends on the
project services which have their unique in that (Camillere, 2011). It may be their services

4. PROJECT MANAGER
Project or the executive have to give the responsibility to their e regarding that task so they
can easily accept and convinced by the management or the final authority. Their
responsibility is given below:
 Find the requirement
 Adopt the appropriate techniques to achieve the goal.
 The manager must have the effective communication skill toward his employees and
the clients.
 The most important duty of the project manager is that they have to complete their
task on time means the proper time management is required.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
It is a tool for the manager to deliver the services successfully (Spinner, 1991). It shows the
detail of the task which the manager have to be performed by the all the staff who want
that the new wing must be build (ford, 2011).
Features of the project management
5.1. Uniqueness
Here their uniqueness is their services so they have to provide that according to their
need and the wants of the customers. So the wing must be with the new 100 bad
which is the unique from the others.
5.2. Complexity
Here the task of the manager is that they have to accept the proposal with the
maximum efforts so they have to provide the good services so that the one can get
the better services. The structure must be understandable and must be clear and the
Uniqueness

Complexity
precise. Here that uses the various technologies and the innovative ideas so that task
is complex in nature.
5.3. Risk
Here the risk is high because they need to get person who know the services about
the hospitals. So they required the high integration between the patients and the
doctor along with staff of the hospital.
5.4. Limited resources
It requires the premises and even the cost arises to maintain the hospitality. So it’s
required the large resources to fulfil their mission. Just they required the time for the
plan of their projects. Here the manpower is required with the high skill and the
professional persons. As per their requirement the hospital need to hire those
persons who are experts and creative.
5.5. Dynamics
In today’s era the world is fast growing and that’s why every organization has to
compete with one and another, so that they can sustain in the market. Here the
hospital requirement is very high because day to day the decades are going to
increases. So according to the demand they need to build the new wing in their
hospital so that they can provide the better services to their patients.
5.6. Diversity
Here the hospital is not fulfilling the need of the patients and there are the patients
who are not getting the good services so that they diversify with the new wing. And
that must be accepted by the board of the director.then they have to follow the
function of their hospital and according to that they have to follow the rules and the
regulations.

Define the
project
6.1. Define the project
Here the project is that the executive wants to give the proposal to their board of
the directors so they can accept according to their understanding (Bruce, 2009).
So that project shows their hospitals views and their mission toward the society and
the hospitals.
6.2. Project initiation
Here their proposal in the written form and it must shows at each and every point
which must be considered during the task of the proposal so its shows that the
hospital is taking the initiate towards the development of the hospitals. So they want
to build the new wing with the 100 beds.
6.3. Project planning
When the task is there at that time the question is how they will complete their
task? So the list of the activities they have to perform will decide the task including
the cost and time and the resources. So they represent all this things so the board of
the directors can take the better decision regarding it (Weiss & Wysocky, 1992).
6.4. Project execution
When the tasks are together at that time they have to perform the services at that
time the execution of the project is different. As a result desire output as the
services is easily generated. So their responsibility that the plant must be execute at
the level or the department to the right time. So now as per the requirement the
board of the director will accept that plan.
6.5. Project monitoring
Each and every process requires the monitoring of someone so the task can be done
at a sequences and the proper manner (Kerzer 2013). So the monitoring shows the
track and it must be followed by the particular person. If it is required to take the
corrective actions at that time they can measure it .if it shows the negative path at
that time the board of the director will guide them and if any wrong this is there at
that time they can take the corrective action towards it.
6.6. Project closure
If the entire things are according to the requirement at that time the last task can be
done in a very effective way. So this is the form al acceptance of the project by the
management. If that task must be to the point and as per the requirement at that
time that is accepted by the board of the director of the hospital.
7. WHY THE PROJECT ACCEPT?
7.1. Treatment of the project as a standard project
Here the project is to accept the proposal in front of the board of the directors at
that time if all the things are equal and the compelling with the proper thing at that
time the project will definitely accept by the board of the directors. So the right
decision through the management can get the fruitful results from that decision.
7.2. Clearly clarify and communicate the goals
If the hospital want that they need to build the new wing in the organization at that
time they have to be very clear about their goal and their communication skill of
their executive must be attractive so that one can accept their proposal and helps to
achieve their goal.
7.3. To take self interest into account
If the management is very clear and they are the enthusiastic to do that work at that
time their self interest works here. And because of that the management will accept
that proposal which gives the better result to the hospital and its management.
Treat ment of the project as a standard project
clearly clarify and communicate goals
To take self intrest into account
sensitivity to local culture
Customer satisfaction
Excessive management attention
Time overrun
7.4. Ignoring context
The project manager has to think twice when the project is depending on their value
and its shows the hospital decision making ability. So here the executive ignore the
negative points regarding their work but the board of the director have to consider
that all the thing which might be ignored by someone. If they not consider it may
affect the reputation of the hospital.
7.5. Customer satisfaction
If the patients are very satisfied with their services at that time they
Have to think about their customer satisfaction, if they are satisfied then the
organization can do anything for that (Aygul, 2013). So the hospital is very known by
this service so the board of the director will accept the proposal and really it can be a
good decision for ever (otiso, 2012).
7.6. Excessive management attention
It can be that the projects are very important and there are the chances for the high
profit margin, and create the reputation in the market at that time the executive
must have to give the attention to the board of the directors
Who have the final authority to take the decision regarding their hospital.
7.7. Time over run
When the time passed there must be some changes so they have to accept it for the
survival in the market. So in this hospital the day by the demand is going to increases
so they have to cope up with that task and if they will accept at that time the
decision can be a best from the board of director’s point of view. So according to the
time the hospital have to play their role in a different way.
8. CONCLUSION
So as and when the demand is increases of their hospital services so finally they have to
accept those proposal so that the whole organization can take the better decision towards
their new project and they can get the fruitful result towards the mission.
So here the hospital has to confirm their services that they are going to start the services in
their hospital with the extra beds. So now the hospital can do for the society and also for
those who cannot afford the hospital expenses they can get easily services in that.
Now the time that the board of the director of the hospital who is going to discuss with their
executive and the executive shows each and every point regarding their new project. Even
they mentioned that the bed facility is going to start with the 100 extra beds so finally their
income will also increases so they have to be consider that all the things while taking the
decisions. So the whole can take the advantage of the fruitful results.
“Mission can be achieved by team efforts.”

But the half projects can’t work properly as per the customer’s requirement so it’s goes to the failure Here the as a chief executives they have to approve the requirement of the extra bad in the hospital so the one can take the facility over there. If they are in a team at that time with their effort they can accept their proposal from the board of directors In the hospital the project is that they want to build the new wing in their hospitals. So they can give the better services to the management and it is helpful to the poor people in the world. 1. It may be their services that the time and their budget. Here they have the unique service that the hospitality. Succ ess Cost Qua lity Tim e
  • 3. 4. PROJECT MANAGER Project or the executive have to give the responsibility to their e regarding that task so they can easily accept and convinced by the management or the final authority. Their responsibility is given below:  Find the requirement  Adopt the appropriate techniques to achieve the goal.  The manager must have the effective communication skill toward his employees and the clients.  The most important duty of the project manager is that they have to complete their task on time means the proper time management is required. 5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN It is a tool for the manager to deliver the services successfully (Spinner, 1991). It shows the detail of the task which the manager have to be performed by the all the staff who want that the new wing must be build (ford, 2011). Features of the project management 5.1. Uniqueness Here their uniqueness is their services so they have to provide that according to their need and the wants of the customers. So the wing must be with the new 100 bad which is the unique from the others. 5.2. Complexity Here the task of the manager is that they have to accept the proposal with the maximum efforts so they have to provide the good services so that the one can get the better services. The structure must be understandable and must be clear and the Uniqueness Diversity Dynamics Limited resources Risk Complexity
  • 4. precise. Here that uses the various technologies and the innovative ideas so that task is complex in nature. 5.3. Risk Here the risk is high because they need to get person who know the services about the hospitals. So they required the high integration between the patients and the doctor along with staff of the hospital. 5.4. Limited resources It requires the premises and even the cost arises to maintain the hospitality. So it’s required the large resources to fulfil their mission. Just they required the time for the plan of their projects. Here the manpower is required with the high skill and the professional persons. As per their requirement the hospital need to hire those persons who are experts and creative. 5.5. Dynamics In today’s era the world is fast growing and that’s why every organization has to compete with one and another, so that they can sustain in the market. Here the hospital requirement is very high because day to day the decades are going to increases. So according to the demand they need to build the new wing in their hospital so that they can provide the better services to their patients. 5.6. Diversity Here the hospital is not fulfilling the need of the patients and there are the patients who are not getting the good services so that they diversify with the new wing. And that must be accepted by the board of the director.then they have to follow the function of their hospital and according to that they have to follow the rules and the regulations. 6. PHASES FOR THE PROJECT Project closure project monitioring Project execution project planning Project initiation Define the project
  • 5. 6.1. Define the project Here the project is that the executive wants to give the proposal to their board of the directors so they can accept according to their understanding (Bruce, 2009). So that project shows their hospitals views and their mission toward the society and the hospitals. 6.2. Project initiation Here their proposal in the written form and it must shows at each and every point which must be considered during the task of the proposal so its shows that the hospital is taking the initiate towards the development of the hospitals. So they want to build the new wing with the 100 beds. 6.3. Project planning When the task is there at that time the question is how they will complete their task? So the list of the activities they have to perform will decide the task including the cost and time and the resources. So they represent all this things so the board of the directors can take the better decision regarding it (Weiss & Wysocky, 1992). 6.4. Project execution When the tasks are together at that time they have to perform the services at that time the execution of the project is different. As a result desire output as the services is easily generated. So their responsibility that the plant must be execute at the level or the department to the right time. So now as per the requirement the board of the director will accept that plan. 6.5. Project monitoring Each and every process requires the monitoring of someone so the task can be done at a sequences and the proper manner (Kerzer 2013). So the monitoring shows the track and it must be followed by the particular person. If it is required to take the corrective actions at that time they can measure it .if it shows the negative path at that time the board of the director will guide them and if any wrong this is there at that time they can take the corrective action towards it. 6.6. Project closure If the entire things are according to the requirement at that time the last task can be done in a very effective way. So this is the form al acceptance of the project by the
  • 6. management. If that task must be to the point and as per the requirement at that time that is accepted by the board of the director of the hospital. 7. WHY THE PROJECT ACCEPT? 7.1. Treatment of the project as a standard project Here the project is to accept the proposal in front of the board of the directors at that time if all the things are equal and the compelling with the proper thing at that time the project will definitely accept by the board of the directors. So the right decision through the management can get the fruitful results from that decision. 7.2. Clearly clarify and communicate the goals If the hospital want that they need to build the new wing in the organization at that time they have to be very clear about their goal and their communication skill of their executive must be attractive so that one can accept their proposal and helps to achieve their goal. 7.3. To take self interest into account If the management is very clear and they are the enthusiastic to do that work at that time their self interest works here. And because of that the management will accept that proposal which gives the better result to the hospital and its management. Treat ment of the project as a standard project clearly clarify and communicate goals To take self intrest into account sensitivity to local culture Customer satisfaction Excessive management attention Time overrun
  • 7. 7.4. Ignoring context The project manager has to think twice when the project is depending on their value and its shows the hospital decision making ability. So here the executive ignore the negative points regarding their work but the board of the director have to consider that all the thing which might be ignored by someone. If they not consider it may affect the reputation of the hospital. 7.5. Customer satisfaction If the patients are very satisfied with their services at that time they Have to think about their customer satisfaction, if they are satisfied then the organization can do anything for that (Aygul, 2013). So the hospital is very known by this service so the board of the director will accept the proposal and really it can be a good decision for ever (otiso, 2012). 7.6. Excessive management attention It can be that the projects are very important and there are the chances for the high profit margin, and create the reputation in the market at that time the executive must have to give the attention to the board of the directors Who have the final authority to take the decision regarding their hospital. 7.7. Time over run When the time passed there must be some changes so they have to accept it for the survival in the market. So in this hospital the day by the demand is going to increases so they have to cope up with that task and if they will accept at that time the decision can be a best from the board of director’s point of view. So according to the time the hospital have to play their role in a different way. 8. CONCLUSION So as and when the demand is increases of their hospital services so finally they have to accept those proposal so that the whole organization can take the better decision towards their new project and they can get the fruitful result towards the mission. So here the hospital has to confirm their services that they are going to start the services in their hospital with the extra beds. So now the hospital can do for the society and also for those who cannot afford the hospital expenses they can get easily services in that.
  • 8. Now the time that the board of the director of the hospital who is going to discuss with their executive and the executive shows each and every point regarding their new project. Even they mentioned that the bed facility is going to start with the 100 extra beds so finally their income will also increases so they have to be consider that all the things while taking the decisions.
