As part of our Dialsmith Discoveries series, we put a series of Tweets on the topic of border security and the border wall to the test by having a sample group of 250 participants view and rank them.

2. This installment of our Dialsmith Discoveries series focused on a
much more serious topic:
Tweets on the topic of the Border Wall (#BorderTweets).
As was the case in previous Discoveries, our goal was as much to
put the unique survey and dial testing capabilities of our
Perception Analyzer Online tech to the test
as the topic of the study itself.

3. Our sample group of participants consisted of 250 people evenly
split by party affiliation, gender, age and region.
We tested 15 Tweets total (7 Pro-Wall, 7 Anti-Wall, 1 Neutral).
Using our Perception Analyzer Online technology, we asked
participants to view a video that showed only the text of each
Tweet accompanied by voice-over audio of the Tweet being read.
The text of the Tweets did not reveal the source of the Tweet.

4. Using an onscreen slider, participants were asked to rate each
Tweet on a scale from 0 (Strongly Disagree) to 100 (Strongly Agree).
After participants completed rating the video, they were shown the
actual Tweets and asks to select the one Tweet they agreed with
the most.
The results were fascinating.
