7. Procedure
 Get a natural bristle brush of plant fiber.
 Start with a softer bristle brush then gradually increase the
pressure as the skin becomes used to the brushing.
 Start from soles in circular motion with comfortable
pressure till the skin becomes reddish and warm.

8.  Duration 5 – 10 mins in beginning, increasing upto 15 mins.
 Use long sweeping strokes starting from the bottom of your
feet upwards, and from the hands towards the shoulders,

9.  Brush will accumulate dead skin and impurities, so clean
