IQC：
When the every new batch of carbon
fiber coming in,we do the inspection then
pass to the production

3. cutting：
We use the automatic cutting machine to ensure the accuracy and the perfermance stabilinty of
the products.

4. Prepreg：
In pre-forming room ,the temperature and
humidity control is crucial to ensure the
physical properties of the materia.
Standard operation practices to ensure
the stability of the products.

5. Preform Inspection：
We inspect the all preformed product size and weight, which determine the product quality and
stability

6. Molding：
Ultra-long molding time, ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure molding make sure that
the high Tg resin and layers more closely fit.And it's auto control,no human mistake or interfence

7. Molding Inspection：
After molding we inspect the weigh and appearance to check the rims qualified or not,if no
good,the rims can't pass through

8. Drilling：
Automatic rim drilling machine perform any of the inner or outer rim angle hole
drilling requirements, providing customers with more customize option;

9. Drill Inspection：
Test the uniformity of brake.The Rim's roundness and strength inflatable;

10. Coating：
Grinding and painting makes the product
surface flawless;
Customer can choose any coating like:1k/3k
12k/UD/matt/glossy and aslo can make your decal
design.

11. Coating inspection：
check the finsishing and decal.

QA do 100% inspection for every products and data recording.
