Q: What exactly is an ‘interactive business development solution’?
A: As mentioned, earlier, a good way to describe this program is to say what it is
not. This is not a three-ring binder full of forms, templates that one could not
possibly go through with any hope of building new business. This is a very
customized program that involves working directly with Bobby Darnell to revamp
and revitalize your sales, marketing and business development efforts.
Q: How does that work?
A: It all begins with a discussion. We talk about how you got to where you are
today, what your marketing practices have been to date, what do you send a
prospect when they ask for more information, etc. Together we will review what
works and what doesn’t. We evaluate how much time can be dedicated to
marketing your business on a weekly/monthly basis and we create a program to
achieve your desired results. Basically, it is a ‘Design/Build’ program to greatly
enhance your current marketing strategy to build new business.
Q: Will you sign an NDA – Non-disclosure?
A: Absolutely. Because it is an interactive program, we will be learning portions
of your business that may very well be confidential and vice versa. This material is
built upon 20 years in the lead development business and though copyrighted,
some of its applications may be unique to your business.
Q: Is this program only for contractors who do not have a full-time business
development person?
A: Not at all. It is naturally better if you do have dedicated staff to selling but it
definitely was designed to provide a long term solution for lead generation and
management with an understanding of the time constraints of the
‘owner/operator’ commercial general contractor.
