7. Reason Why?
Being a MANRRS member will allow you to experience
the overall objective of the society which is to promote
and implement initiatives which foster inclusion and
advancement of members of ethnic/ cultural.
I joined MANRRS because I wanted to be apart of a
group that was family oreinted. Here at UK we are
pretty much like a family and I needed that.
I also joined because I wanted to grow as a professional
as well.

These tools where choosen by the orginazation so our
supporters can see actually what we do in the community
and for the community.
The methods replace the old way of media because before
twitter, Facebook, and Instagram everything was just word
of mouth.
9. How effective have these new
media tools been
These new tools have been effective in regards to our
mission statement because it promotes are academic
achievement and are professional advancement.
The new tools of our organization connected us with
everyone on campus, all of the other regions across the
USA and our chapter.
10. Reflection
The strengths of our new media strategy are all of our
social media accounts we have.
The weakness of our new media strategy is that we do
not have a YouTube account.
A change I would make in our organization is to create
a YouTube account so people could get a visual of what
we are doing instead of pictures and tweets.
