1. Observer’s Log of Manager FIRST AND LAST NAME
Record the first 10-15 things the Manager says.
Capture them as close to verbatim as possible.
Whoever is Problem Owner first will rotate to be Observer next (using their own
copy of this document template)
Problem Owner -> Observer -> Manager -> Problem Owner
When you’re done with your break-out session, be sure to email or hand this doc
to the Manager you were observing so they can do the next step of the activity
