Whoever is Problem Owner first will rotate to be Observer next (using their own
copy of this document template)
Problem Owner -> Observer -> Manager -> Problem Owner
When you’re done with your break-out session, be sure to email or hand this doc
to the Manager you were observing so they can do the next step of the activity
