Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning (DL) are the most common buzz words currently used in technical and business discussions alike. Our aspiration to automate everything that we do, at home, at work and elsewhere, is driving the AI wave. Recent advances in Algorithms and raise in Computing power have strengthened our faith in reaching the AI Universe where Machines are no less intelligent than humans. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is on the rise using mostly rule bases automation. Advances in AI is guaranteed to play a major role in taking RPA to further heights paving way for Business Process Automation.

2. Future!
IT’S HARD TO think of a single technology that will shape
our world more in the next 50 years than artificial intelligence.

6. What’s driving AI ?
❖ Research has been going on for 60+ years
❖ AI is now at an inflection point:
1. Faster, more powerful computers;
2. Critical computer science advances,
mainly statistical machine learning and
deep learning techniques;
3. Massive information available due to
sensors and the Internet of Things.

20. Neuron networks
❖ The human brain is a complex network
❖ Network theory is applicable to simulate brain
❖ Small world network
❖ Parts of the brain have differ
❖ May reorganise based on usage
❖ Relatively small size and f …but highly efficient
❖ Matter and process

22. What is
Deep Learning
Rather than using the old method of hand-coded
algorithms, we can now use systems that program
themselves by learning from examples of how a system
ought to behave in response to an input.

Deep Learning allows computational models that are
composed of multiple processing layers to learn
representations of data with multiple levels abstraction.
DL is now the best approach to most perception tasks, say
vision, speech; Imitates the way human brain works.

24. Why is DL hot now?
❖ Sees lots of picture elements, or pixels
❖ How much light has hit a particular sensor
❖ Algo’s that can interpret such numbers
❖ If we have 3d Point cloud data…
❖ Computer vision has advanced in this
❖ Intrinsic structure in large data sets using the
back-propagation algorithm
❖ Changing internal parameters at each layer

Why, then, one might ask, are they nowhere to be seen,
beyond war zones, factories and technology fairs?
26. Hybrid Approach
Like a human, our agents learn for themselves to achieve successful strategies that lead to the greatest long-term rewards.
This paradigm of learning by trial-and-error, solely from rewards or punishments, is known as reinforcement learning (RL)
Deep Q-Networks (DQN) algorithm stores all of the agent's experiences
