L.E.K. wanted a customer relationship management (CRM) solution that could support a
world-class sales and marketing operation. It selected Oracle CRM On Demand as the
foundation for a more informed approach to sales and marketing. “With Oracle CRM On
Demand, we’re improving the quality of our contact, sales, and marketing data; expanding
reporting on business development initiatives; and implementing structured sales and
marketing campaigns. We’re also moving toward a closed-loop sales and marketing
