It has become apparent to me that you have been spending a
considerable amount of energy on your two jobs as well as all
the school work that has been accumulating. Maybe consider
giving yourself a well deserved break!

When I make plans to go workout; there seems to always
be another reason as to why you can’t slip away from the
never-ending work. You persist that you either have too
much work or that it needs to be done before the
deadline.
4. I am fully aware of the potential you have and decided to CHALLENGE
you! Come rope skip with me this Saturday and Sunday at 10am, over at
my home in the backyard. We will do three intervals of rope skipping for
10 minutes. Sound interesting enough? After we can relax by or jump in
the pool. Bet that changes your answer!

Not only is the rope itself less inexpensive than a gym membership, the
benefits to rope skipping include: cardio respiratory, flexibility, balance,
and general health. Since coordination is highly needed, your brain is
working both sides of your body. With much footwork routine it tones
muscles and helps with weight loos as well!
With the excessive amounts of hustle and bustle during the week
and the financial strains this is a perfect way to SPRING in a
workout and escape from the pressures of a gym. Not only that we
can bond by the relaxing pool afterwards.
