Better Driving – RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents)
Malcolm is a Police Class 1 Approved Driving Instructor. In addition he has RoSPA National Diploma in Advanced Driving
Instruction Malcolm worked in the police force during which he worked voluntary for RoSPA as an Examiner - testing people
for the RoSPA Advanced Driving Test. Since then he has become a trainer for RoSPA and has been involved with RoSPA for
20 years.
Gill Weston
Positive under Pressure - The Karma Practice
Gill founded The KarmaPractice to help organisations & individuals manage stress & boost their performance. As a result
of her previous career working long hours in highly pressurised business environments, she is particularly passionate about
tackling work-related stress. Gill has a MSc Psychobiology of Stress. She is a member of the International Stress
Management Association, & is one of a small number of professionals authorised to deliver HSE approved workshops on
occupational stress.

Qaim Zaidi
Beat Heart Disease – British Heart Foundation
Qaim has 12 years of experience of health promotion and health education and is a consultant, in coronary heart disease
(CHD) prevention. He actively trains health professionals such as doctors & pharmacists in cessation of smoking and
prevention of CHD. Qaim assisted in the development of a national helpline on for smoking cessation and is a regular
contributor to the media on heart disease prevention. He gained his Masters in Health Education and Health Promotion
from the University of London.
Atul Shah

Atul Shah graduated from the University of Bath in the 1982 with a honors degree in pharmacy. At university he started to
question why people felt ill as opposed to what you could do once you had the illness. After completing a post as a
superintendent pharmacist, Atul undertook education in Nature Cure or Naturopathy and has successfully treating patients
since 1989. He is a member of The Incorporated Society of Registered Naturopaths and The British Register of
Naturopaths. He is also a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

schemes of newly built and converted homes. In 1979 Michael built his first successful business specialising in high quality
home extensions and improvements by advocating the appointment of a professionally qualified intermediary as a
way of deterring the "Cowboy“.

and Young.
Part of Ketan’s role has been one of intense facilitation, coaching
and training to professionals and senior managers, and this is
