The structural system consists of self-supporting concrete blocks, because they have good thermo acoustic protection and mechanical stability. The slabs are ribbed, considering the lightness, the
possibility to win larger spans and more flexible use of indoor spaces.
The central water tank was positioned in the volume where are the apartments, on top of the stairs. The tank was calculated by the total number of guests and employees and has capacity for
30.000 liters.
In the interior spaces (such as bathrooms and kitchen), the floor, wall and ceiling have coatings with epoxy paint, that is resistant to washing, to the use of disinfectants, abrasion and impacts that
could occur by chance. In the bedrooms and social areas the floor is vinyl, with walls covered with epoxy paint and plasterboard liner. In areas where are the thermal swimming pool, gym and cloakroom, the DETAIL OF THE
floor is slip resistant. WOODEN BRISE

It was created in the volume of the apartments some concrete structures covered with plastic wood, following the same convex shape of the horizontal louvers in the axis of the building on the upper
floor. These structures serve to capture rainwater, as shown in Section AA. Features such as cross ventilation, green roof, light color tiles, capture of rainwater and solar collectors are some
environmentally friendly alternatives used in the project that rationalize the use of energy and care about the environment.
