  1. 1. Computer Lab & Media Lab Rules<br />Mrs. Culbert<br />
  2. 2. Clean, Clean, Clean<br /><ul><li>Clean your hands with a hand wipe or hand gel when you come into the lab
  3. 3. Make sure you throw away your hand wipe
  4. 4. Please keep your hands away from your face (nose, mouth etc.)
  5. 5. If you sneeze, try to sneeze inside of your elbow</li></li></ul><li>Rules to Follow<br />Walk in quietly and please sit at your workstation.<br />Do not start working until I have explained the lesson for the day.<br />Do not talk when your teacher is speaking.<br />DO NOT remove the iSkin on the keyboard.<br />You may not get up from your workstation and visit with your classmates.<br />Please do not shout or use your loud voice in the lab<br />

Equipment<br />No banging your mouse or banging the keys on your keyboard.<br />Do not move the icons on the desktop.<br />Do not change any system settings on the computer<br />Do not edit files that do not belong to you.<br />No hands on the monitors.<br />Leave your workspace as you found it<br />Push in your chair before you leave.<br />
  7. 7. No food or drink in the lab at any time.<br />Do not bring any books, backpacks, etc. into the lab. <br />
  8. 8. Internet<br />Visit only approved sites and only when you have permission to do so.<br />Do not download anything.<br />Never give out personal information.<br />Do not share your passwords with anyone other than your parents or teacher, if school related.<br />If you see anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, turn and let me know immediately. Do not show it to your friends or announce it to the class.<br />
  9. 9. If you cannot follow directions, or if you are being disruptive, I will send you back to class.You will lose lab privileges the next week.<br />
