FINAL CLASS PRESENTATIONS INDIVIDUAL
ASSESSMENTS/REFLECTIONS: “Connect the Dots”
Be ready to present last class day
Final Reflection Report/Presentation: 2-4 pages with a summary
page of your assessment scores (hand-in)
I. The reflection report includes your own observations (with a summary of
your scores on the individual assessments) about what you learned from
the scores and your reflections on them: What pattern emerged about
yourself and organizations? What did you learn about yourself as a:
manager or leader, a potential leader, a vision creator, a team player, your
conflict style, the type of structure you prefer to work in, how creative you
are as an organizational member, etc. What insights did you gain about
yourself from the assessments as well as any other assessments you have
taken outside this class?
II. You will have 10-15 minutes (time yourself) for this brief but important
presentation. Engage us as we will learn about ourselves the more you are
open and share insight about yourself. Focus one question at the end of
your written report to address this question: “How would I feel about
working for/under myself?” Explain…using your reflections from the
assessments and class.
III. One suggested outline you may use:
a. Introduction: Your name, future career plans at this point.
b. Summary powerpoint of your scores on the assessments.
c. Your summary reflections on any particular scores and as a whole
d. “How would I feel about working under myself?”
IV. Grading criteria:
(1). How honest, open you were with the exercise
(2). Insights you gained from your reflection on yourself
(3). Learning about yourself as a leader and a follower going forward
(4). Did you engage us with your reflections?
